And I'd really struggle even more with that if it wasn't for all the mod content.
Maybe I just want too much but content-wise I find it difficult to actually find anything to do in the game other than drive around tracks on my own. 54 new liveries representing 11 new GT4 cars. The AI at 1.0 was unacceptably appalling for any kind of "complete" game. On July 15th the GT4 Pack DLC will be released for Assetto Corsa Competizione, and we had the opportunity to sample the new cars and build ahead of release - here is our impressions from this exciting new content. You can't do a single player race of any kind of meaningful race distance with proper tyre/fuel simulation because of the pit stop thing, and that is a big issue for me. Here, though, the Blancpain Series offers that much-needed single-player structure. What’s more, Assetto Corsa fumbles its single-player career mode, making it less than a joy to play. My perception of the game, though, is that it's incomplete because of missing features like pit stops in single player (I can't think of any other sims that don't have this, even ancient ones) or how you can only create multiplayer lobbies with an external server tool. If 1.0 had everything promised I can't really dispute that, even if it means they had some strange omissions from their plans. Assetto Corsa Competizione is the new official Blancpain GT Series.
